Coverage

Where Revisalo runs deepest.

Revisalo works for closings anywhere in Mexico. These are the states where we've gone deeper — state-specific document checklists, fideicomiso bank presets, and predial-clearance flows tuned to local quirks. Closings in other states use the generic workflow, which still covers carta oferta through escritura.

Why state-by-state

The paperwork is local. So is the regulation.

Mexican real-estate law is federal, but each state has its own quirks: registry timelines, fideicomiso bank relationships, predial clearance procedures, even capital-gains exemptions. The notario is the last stop — not the project manager — so the file has to land on their desk complete. We deepen a state's coverage once the workflow handles its end-to-end paperwork without manual fixups. Other states still work today with the generic flow — we just haven't hand-tuned every checklist yet.
